The works!  Every bearing, new shafts (water pump and pinion shaft) in the upper gear case, new shift cable for the lower, swivel housing liner and water intake screen.  Reassembled back to factory spec's for bearing pre-load and gear backlash. New anodes, media blasted, primed  painted...and shipped back to New York.
