Mechanical shift 800 series drive. Cables are stretched, outer cable is in good condition. Does anyone know where you can get inner cables replaced or new ends crimped onto existing cables? New cable is approx $400 from what I can find and they are hard to come by. Thanks in advance.

Try Boat Motor Recyclers in Minnesota they ship all over I have had great luck with them there is also a guy on E bay he has a store its called Panther marine parts or Panther marine type in omc upper and you can usually find him he parts out alot of boats out of Ohio? I hope this helps....Dan
